Global Rewards is EF’s loyalty program to thank teachers for all that they do. Group Leaders are automatically enrolled in the program when they sign up to lead their first tour.

Members can earn points and new membership levels when they lead tours with any EF program: EF Educational Tours, EF Explore America, EF Tours for Girls, and EF Go Ahead Tours.

How to earn points:

  • Enroll students on tour: To start, you earn one Global Point per day per traveler. For example:
  • Refer another teacher: When you refer a colleague, you earn 500 Global Points when they lead their first tour.

To qualify for Global Points, your referral must travel with a minimum of ten paying travelers.

  • School points: When other teachers from your school also lead tours, you can all earn bonus points.

  • Travel again: Lead two tours in a row and you can earn more points.

Points can be redeemed in a number of meaningful ways—from student scholarships, to all-inclusive trips, to professional development opportunities. For more information on membership benefits and reward options, visit our Global Rewards page.
