Earth Month 2024: Environmental Activism in the Dominican Republic
Meaningful. Sustainable. Unforgettable.
Celebrate Earth Month by addressing climate change in the Dominican Republic. Throughout your tour, you’ll contribute to meaningful service projects at El Instituto del Ambiente, an institution in Jarabacoa that focuses on reforestation and the conservation of natural resources. You’ll explore this region, which is full of biodiversity, majestic waterfalls, and beautiful mountain views, and learn from experts about global and local environmental issues. Working in teams, you’ll build lasting environmental solutions that help empower the local community and leave inspired to continue taking action against climate change back home.
